This experience is whole together a concoction of distress and happiness comes to us during this life time.
The existence of humankind is only on the planet Earth which is due to presence of ENERGY, the reason that there is no life on any other planet in the Solar system
The Energy is made up of 5 Elements
Since Energy gives life, life gives experience of sufferings and happiness; this means Energy is the basis of sufferings and happiness of life. Imbalance of five elements of Energy is the root cause of different sufferings.
Mainly three kinds of Energy influence our experience of life.
Planets Energy
All the Planets in the Solar System which are near to Earth influence animate and inanimate beings on the Earth. When a birth takes place, an Office of Energy is created for that human being which is run by Planets of the Solar System. If we understand that how this Office is created, who are the Officials, how these Officials work, what is the basis of working; it will be easy to handle the sufferings of the life.

Space Energy
After birth, when we start living in a space (home) or work in a space (office), there is again an Office of Energy working for that space. The Energy of that space sinks into the inhabitants and any imbalance of this Energy affects different activities of life, whether its health, finances, relations or any other aspect of life. If we know the Officials working in this Office of Energy, nature and responsibilities of different departments of office, how different departments coordinate and work, the basis of working and how to manage different departments; it will be easier to manage the sufferings of life.
Mind Energy
This is the most powerful of all the Energies affecting human life. Life is a Mind-matter game based on Stillness and Dynamism. Physical body is the business of life which is run by an office set up in Etheric body. If we understand and control the working of this office, the other Energies get balanced automatically and thus stop affecting our life. If we understand what the mind is, what is the truth of physical body, what is the mechanism of Etheric body office and how we can control it; the experience of life will be real and purposeful. If we control this Energy, it makes us Master and gives experience of power within us.
